Playing Game

                    One year ago, it was a sunny day. Due to the hot weather, I decided to stay at home at that time. I approached my sister who was playing something with her laptop. Curious, I sat down beside her on the floor and looked onto the monitor she was staring at seriously. Turned up she was playing a game. The online one to be exact. The game she play was casual life stimulation. Whereas in that game you create your own character and appearance however you want. The character you made could get a job and build a house with the money, visiting friends, and have a date with the others. Feeling intrigued I begged her to let me play too. She was reluctant at first, but let me play eventually. She taught me how to play, and soon I could do it myself after she left me alone. I thought the decoration of the house inside that game was not satisfying. The television she bought was so old-fashioned I decided to buy a bigger television. Thus, I made my game’s character worked hard to earn money.  I was frustated and so into the game. Then I grumbled while scratching my hair, “Still not enough money to buy that superb television. God, what should I do?” My father was passed by in front of my room stop for a while to ask, “Why do you need money to buy new TV? The TV we had still working nicely.” I could only stare at him agape.

Holiday's Activities

             

                 Last month during my holiday, I spent my days with boredom that keep hunting my mind. At first, I was so excited that I would be home soon and be free from the college assignments and classes. Turned out that my days was the same as before when I arrived there.

                 The moment I had the chance to go sight-seeing, I was surprised to see see new mall built nearmy house in Cibinong. I went there and other Malls as well with my best friend during my spare time. We were doing nothing important in particular visiting those places though. We just walking around to waste our energy and get rid of the boredom. One time we went to cinema to watch Paranormal Activity 4. By the time the movie was finished, we would had something to eat in the food court and we would talk about everything that came into mind. Then, we would go to Inul Vista singing many kind of songs to our heart content until the night arrived.

                 There were times when my best friend was busy we couldn’t go anywhere fun, I would keep myself busy by writing some simple fiction stories that later I posted them through my Fanfiction account. Approaching my last days of holiday, my Facebook friend asked me and my other friend translating some doujinshis from japanese to english. I gladly accepted in the name of being bored with nothing to do.

                  So, those were the activities I had done during my holiday in the previou semester. Although it was a boring days, I tried myself to the fullest make the most of it memorable, before I had to go back to semarang to start the new semester.
