Driving Age for Children

There are a lot of issues why legal age driving for teenager should be raise to 18.

The people that agree with this idea claimed that let their children learn how to drive can make them easily to get them to school rather than waiting for their parents take them there, or go to their part-time job place. Not only that, people would agree with this issues said that teenagers are the same as capable as the adults. They believe the teenager can safely drive if they are given enough time and serious while taking the driving lesson. They also believe by letting teenagers learn how to drive early can make them feel like adults already and not merely treating them like a kids anymore.

However there are also strong arguments regarding this issues on why people should not allow children below eighteen years old behind the wheel. Some researchers found that at the age of seventeen the children’s brains still developing part of the brain that handling their impulse control. The same part also controlling the ‘hot and cold’ emotions teenagers have. So, it will be dangerous for letting the children driving for at least eighteen years old. Another research found, around 60% of the kids driving admitted that they are not wearing their seatbelts, while the rest said that they are using mobile phones while they are driving.

After looking from different point of views and the fact researchers found about this issues, I think raising the legal age driving for children to 18 is the right choice for everybody’s sake and safety.
